Egypt Travel Advice (E.T.A) Egyptologist guide will pick you from your hotel to start drive to Asean , its about 220 Km , it will take about 3 and half hours drive , you will arrive to Aswan to start your execursions , first you will have a motor boat to arrive to philae temples on this amazing Island located at the south of Aswan , it’s a wonderful trip where you will visit the temples of Isis the Goddess of Love , peace , and magic , your guide will explain the history of this magical site you will just fall in love with Philae because its energy and peace will make your soul and heart happy , after visiting Philae , you will drive to the High dam of Aswan , this modern great project which was built on the Nile to control the floods of the Nile , and to produce electricity , it took 10 years to be built , 1960 was the beginning and it was ready in 1970 , its one of the largest dams in the world , 3 and half Km in length , there behind the dam now is the largest man made lake in the world , lake Nasser , it was named after Gemal Abdel Nasser , the prsedisdent of Egypt at the time of the dam , after the tour of the High Dam, you will go to have lunch then , you will check in Hotel , then in the evening you will have your dinner on a private boat , you will enjoy the evening there , the whole place is just yours , you will have a Nubian food ( The Nubians is the name of the African Egyptians who live in Aswan ) , enjoy the dinner there then you will be trnasfered to your hotel .
